Leadership Series MILE remains committed to being a valued and trusted resource for those responsible for leading our public schools to excellence. During the 2009-2010 school year, MILE is offering a series of Leadership Programs for Superintendents in the region it serves. MILE is expanding its 2009-2010 Leadership Series to include Workshops for School Board Leaders. MILE is also beginning to organize a consortium/network of school board presidents to exchange ideas and benchmark solutions. MILE is pleased to offer, in conjunction with the Midwest Principals Center, workshops especially designed for principals. These workshops are all being offered at Governors State University and participants can receive Administrators Academy Credit for full-day participation in any of the workshops. This school year, MILE is offering an expanded Leadership Dialogue series. These dialogues will explore the lives of historic and contemporary leaders with emphasis on the skills, styles, and traits that made them extraordinary and successful.
