Our Mission

• To provide tools and resources to assist public school partners in addressing matters of diversity and cultural climate



• To assist public school partners in meeting the needs of professionals working in environments that are constantly changing



• Provide professional development experiences in areas of need, i.e. leading through change, retention of key talent, managing performance towards excellence, etc.



• To enhance the ability of public schools to meet the requirements of ‘No Child Left Behind’



• Establish a cooperative, community sense of involvement that actively utilizes the school, the child, the family, and the community in a partnership to resolve issues; and



• Become a focused resource for teachers, for principals and other educational personnel, and for families and members of the community.
