Resilient Leadership: Administrator Survival Strategies

School leaders live with enormous stress and change. Participants will examine the effects of stress on effective leadership. They will explore the concept of "resiliency" and its relationship to success. According to Adaptive Learning Systems President Dean Becker, "More than education, more than experience, more than training, a person’s level of resilience will determine who succeeds and who fails." Examining life style and personal stressors, will help participants set goals to achieve a healthier lifestyle and optimize leadership capacity.
