These programs have been developed for school board presidents and other school board leaders. Superintendents are encouraged to attend with their board members.



Strengths Finders for Board Members

This workshop is a version of the Strengths-Based Leadership Workshop offered to superintendents, but designed for board members and superintendents to attend together. Participants will receive a copy of the book Strengths Finders 2.0, and are expected to take the leadership assessment prior to the program and bring their leadership profiles to the training.
