Transformational Leadership: The Power of Professional Learning Communities
This workshop addresses five essential leadership components
of a professional learning community of adults:
learning to lead yourself, teaching the core values of
the culture, monitoring the effectiveness of continuous
improvement efforts, celebrating adult actions, and building
healthy relationships. Participants will strengthen their
knowledge and skill in developing highly effective collaborative
teams of teachers; establishing a results-driven
culture; answering the question, "What will be our response
